Unexpected breakdown casued me to call Dean's. I selected them because they are a AAA facility. I felt I was in good hands from the very start.

It was our first time using Dean's after many years of mediocre service from the Chrysler dealer, and it seemed fine. Friendly, professional, and a quick response. The car was repaired and returned the same day, despite the dealer not delivering the part (Dean's made a trip to pick it up). We will definitely be returning for future service/maintenance, and hope to have good experiences in the future.

There aren't too many places available yet that can take care of hybrid vehicles. Dean's Automotive is ahead of the pack. I trust them more than the dealer where I bought my vehicle.

Your relationship with Hertz to rent a care for $20 per day is really unusual. That is a great thing. Your shop is definately superior versus the runaround, bureaucracy and the endless excuses I get from from the local dealerships regarding my hybrid.

I had a great experience at Dean's. The office staff was very friendly and took time to explain everything quite thoroughly. The work was done expediently and my truck was ready to be picked up on Christmas Eve!
