After calling around I really appreciated Peter for his responsive calls to explain all the details with pricing and status, and his customer service is exemplary! My car was fixed in record time at a very reasonable price, and I was so grateful for aIl the support Peter provided in between to explain what was happening and why. He really goes above and beyond and my car is in much better shape than I had left off earlier. He even helped me through some AAA issues and gave me a contact to tow my car. Thanks for all the help Peter!

Really wonderful service to get our Toyota started and back on the road. They also noticed we had a bad oil leak and were able to fix it.

Everyone that I spoke with was clear with me on what happened and didn't have anything jump out at me without my knowledge. The quote I was given on time was accurate and it was smooth to pick up my car after work was done being performed.

I have taken my '03 Thunderbird to Dean's for service on many occasions and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. I feel comfortable taking my vehicles to them for any problems that may arise. I highly recommend them..
