We brought our car in for squeaking and slipping (!) brakes. The initial estimate was 10 hours of work. That would have left us with two kids at two different schools and no car to bring them home for the night. Not a disaster, but certainly a stressful situation! I took my Audi A8L to Dean's for an alignment after having put new tires on the car. I called Dean's on a Monday morning; they were able to fit me in that afternoon. I arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. They checked me in promptly and got right to work. I waited in the reception area while they did the work. I was in and out in about an hour. The alignment seems good to me (car goes straight with the new tires!!). The team there was courteous and friendly and the price was fair. This was my first time at Dean's (I was referred there by America's Tire in Mountain View, where I bought the new tires). My experience was good and I recommend Dean's for alignment. I have no other experience with Dean's but would be inclined to try them for other auto services in the future. Thanks Dean Team!
