MOUNTAIN VIEW AUTO REPAIR

I bought stainless steel brake lines and performance brakes for my car, and called Dean to see if they could install them along with my usual alignment, rotation, and oil change. They said normally they don't install third-party parts, and certainly wouldn't provide a warranty on them, but I said that's fine - I just needed someone to put them on. They scuffed up the existing rotors for the new brake pads and installed them. The quote and cost of labor was transparent, and they communicated the status of the car well. A trustworthy mechanic is what I wanted and they treated me well.

I recently relocated to the area and needed to find a small independent shop to service my vehicles. Since I've used Amsoil products for years, I used the Amsoil website to find a local Amsoil vendor/service shop and found Dean's Automotive. I've used them twice to date......first to perform a radiator flush and add new coolant.....the second time for new front rotors and pads, an Amsoil oil/filter service and to repair a front differential leak. The shop is very well run, clean and organized.....the quality of the work performed is very good and Peter will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I would recommend you give them a try.....

Peter and his team continue to provide stellar service and trustworthy quotes/recommendations. He delivers on his promise and continues to be the only automotive service company that I go to. I live in San Jose and my friends ask why I drive so far for car service - I tell them, there is no one else I trust with my Audi. Also, I challenge everyone I know to give Dean's Automotive an opportunity to service their car - and if they do - they will have a fabulous experience.

Deans were able to find the cause of a noise due to a power steering pump which was replaced and now the noise is gone. I decided to replace rather than wait until it broke completely. I have always found their work to be of the best quality

I had an issue with my brakes squeaking, so I took in to Dean's. As always, Peter and his crew were very responsive and since my brakes had been recently replaced covered the costs under warranty. I've been going to Dean's Automotive for years now and am have been very happy with the service provided.

When the battery was failing on my Prius, Dean's fit me in the next day, even though they were nominally booked for the day. This is my second experience with Dean's, and both interactions have been excellent. When I talk to them, I get advice that makes sense. That was not always the case with my previous mechanic, who often wanted to oversell me.
