When the battery was failing on my Prius, Dean's fit me in the next day, even though they were nominally booked for the day. This is my second experience with Dean's, and both interactions have been excellent. When I talk to them, I get advice that makes sense. That was not always the case with my previous mechanic, who often wanted to oversell me.

Top notch service! When I dropped my Jeep off on Friday morning, I expected to hear back on Monday or Tuesday. The team ran diagnostics and repaired my Jeep by Friday afternoon! The pricing was reasonable, the service was fast and professional. Peter does a wonderful job as the manager and the service center was clean and comfortable. I will be back for my future service needs!

They did a great job, the guys are friendly and accommodating. The Sentra is a low flying jet now. Nissan wanted to charge me 3x the amount, I am completely satisfied with the work done and will return, repeat business from me for sure. Wish I could add pictures, my pony looks great!
