I had the intermediate steering shaft on my 2011 Highlander replaced, to eliminate a clunk in the steering. Dean's ordered the part for me in a timely manner, and did the replacement for just about half of what it would have cost at the dealer. There was some question as to whether it was a 1 hour or 2 hour labor, but Dean's went with the 1 hour that was in the service bulletin. They also did a coolant service. They did a great job, and the car is running great. It's nice to find a good local mechanic for my car, now that I no longer work down in Morgan Hill. I suspect they checked out the rest of the car, and if I were to add one criticism, I would have liked it if they had put this information down on the final work order.
