I had to cancel an appointment last minute and they graciously reachedueld with me. When I showed up when they were busy, but they still had excellent customer service. While waiting, I could tell that a customer on the phone was unhappy about waiting for a part to come in. He was on the phone of quickly calling back almost the entire hour we were there. I could not believe how patient, kind, honest, and clear dean’s automotive employees were. Best customer service I have ever seen— getting my tires aligned, for sure, and possibly ever.
