Amanda and Peter are awesome! They explained to me step-by-step what was happening with me car, made getting the rental a breeze, and kept me updated. After they told me about my spark plugs, I questioned why I ever brought my car to the dealership. Dean's was the only establishment to ever tell me about them! Again, thank you so much!!

Peter is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I brought the car in for a diagnosis and he did an excellent job. I'm a mechanical engineer who used to work for General Motors and he could hold his own with me as we talked about possible causes for the suspension issue I was having. And I have to agree his analysis was right on. I'm impressed and I'll be back. He wants to really solve problems, not just install parts and hope it fixed it like some other mechanics do.
