I appreciate the ease of scheduling an appointment, the thorough inspections, and the recommendations for optimum performance of my car.

A 30,000 mile service was taken care of with just two days' notice, including a change of brake fluid, which is labor-intensive. Some service centers would probably have skipped that change, but Dean's has always advocated preventive maintenance, and that is why I have chosen them for many years now.

Very careful work. Old battery needed replacing; they not only did that, they thoroughly cleaned the battery area of the engine compartment where the old battery had been spewing battery acid. Very satisfied.
