Joe was responsive and very knowledgeable. Deans always gives the me the confidence that I am getting the best objective advice. They are in it for the long haul and not just to make a transaction. I have taken my 2005 Honda Element to Deans since I bought it brand new and have never had an issue with that car and I am certain it has to do with the consistent and high quality service that Deans provides.
