Excellent service. Honest and up-front about pricing and labor costs. Peter and Joe were responsive to calls and always checked before installing any equipment that wasn't already on the parts list.
It was a holiday for some of us, but not for Dean's Automotive, who cheerfully fitted me in at short notice for a 22,500 mile service while I waited. While I was there, they also replaced a bulb for another customer at no charge. Very nice!
I highly recommend Dean's automotive. They took care of some (major) issues on my car, and made sure all issues were resolved. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always feel welcome and respected when I deal with them, and they inspire trust. Definitely not your average car shop. The best in the Mountain View area.

I've been servicing my vehicles at Dean's for a long time. Even after the ownership change the honesty, integrity and courtesy remains unequaled. The service is reasonably priced and they do not ever try to up-sell any services I don't need. I have recommended Dean's to others on numerous occasions and will continue to do so.
Service was wonderful. Smog check was done quickly and efficiently.
