My experience this morning (a Saturday which is most convenient): I was greeted by name by Joe. service advisor and technician. I was then greeted by Amanda, co-owner, who offered me tea or coffee while I was waiting. Within 15-20 minutes, Joe came and explained what the issue was with my car and told me I'd be ready to go soon. Shortly thereafter Peter, owner and lead technician, came to me with my key and and wished me a good weekend! It's like this with each visit. A AAA discount is applied and the charge is reasonable. How can this not be a five star experience?!
