I was a first time customer. My request was to perform routine service, and to determine what maintenance and repairs are needed to my well-traveled Subaru (250K miles). Their evaluation was competent and complete; exactly what I needed to determine next steps. The work was completed on time, the service was excellent, the price fair, and they were able to shuttle me to and from my office. I give them high marks, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Service was completed in the time I requested. I like that you will pick me up and take me home, when my only vehicle is in your shop. Staff is always pleasant and polite. I also appreciate that you explain what you are doing to my vehicle to improve its performance.

At first I was very nervous, because I've heard of people getting burned by crooked mechanics, but after looking at the final write-up, I can tell that at Dean's Automotive, a lot of love goes into their work. Car is now purring like a cat. I am one happy customer!
