I was very impressed with the extra mile Peter was willing to go by opening up a Saturday service, by doing a perfect job fixing my painfully squeaky brakes and backing up his quick but thorough work with a 2-year guarantee of perfect brakes. He and his lovely wife, Amanda, made me feel very comfortable and not at all intimidated, as I have felt by some auto service shops in the past. I don't doubt that as long as Dean's is open, I'll have no reason to take my business anywhere else because as far as I'm concerned, there's no way to go but down!

The work was done on-time and on-estimate. Prompt, friendly service. I would recommend Dean's to anyone needing auto service.

I was very pleased with my service and experience going to Dean's the first time. Car needed an oil change and I asked them to check out the front brakes and let me know condition. They fixed a simple oil leak and a few other things with my approval. Conveniently located 5 min. from my house, they give me a ride to and from that is great.

I recently moved to Mountain View and needed an oil change in a used VW Passat I had bought (highlighted by the oil light coming on!). I spoke to George at Dean's Auto (at around 3 pm) who offered to take a look at the car the same day and fitted me in for the oil service the very next morning. My wife took the car and was really impressed with the service they offered. The price was very reasonable and they even gave the car a multi-point check to reassure us that everything was in order. In summary we were totally impressed with the speed, quality and value of Dean's Automotive.
