Friendly, down-to-Earth people that don't look down on you. Was thinking about docking a star because I had to come in a week after repairs because TPMS sensor ID was incorrectly entered into pressure monitoring computer (minor mistake), but decided not to because overall great service of other engine problems more than made up for it and they didn't try to blame/charge me for their mistake. I thought about taking the TPMS sensor problem to Firestone, but they wanted to charge $500+. Dean's only charged for the price of the TPMS sensor itself (no labor) because I was having $10k+ worth of additional work anyway.
