As always Dean's took care of my car, it's just what I've come to expect when I take my car in now. They treat people right, offer honest feedback, and do top quality work. What more is there to say? So thankful I found this place, I'll never take my truck anywhere else.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I just moved to the area and looked on Yelp for highly-reviewed local mechanics because my 'check coolant' light lit up. I was clearly given information on the cost to inspect the car and figure out the issue. The price seemed reasonable, but not cheap. Once the mechanics at Dean's Automotive learned what the issue was, George, the Service Advisor, quoted the amount it would take to fix the issue...which in my case was more than I was willing to pay, since I had already decided I wanted to buy a new car in a few months. I mentioned this to George and he agreed that the costly repairs were likely not worth it since I wanted to get a new car. So...I was not pressured to use their services, George remained courteous and friendly even after I mentioned I would not be taking the repairs. All around this was a very positive experience. And the shuttle service was so helpful and I would definitely recommend Dean's Automotive to other customers.

This was the easiest, most stress free visit to a mechanic ever. George took the time to listen as i told him what the issue was, to explain what they were going to do, to reassure me as they discovered the issue and explained what the next steps were. I never worried about my car once while it was with them. And now it drives like new. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

The folks at Dean's are always so nice. I recently brought my car in for an emergency window repair and they were able to work on it right away. I needed a ride home with my toddler son and the manager personally took me and my son home in my vehicle so we could use the car seat. They communicated to me several times throughout the day about the status of my car and it was fixed the same day. I highly recommend Dean's Automotive!

the service was excellent. I asked to have the car completed by 3 pm and the car was done well before that time. Everything was explained to me in terms that I understood. I will be taking me vehicle back again for service.
