The customer service is fantastic and they seem to be honest. They help shuttle me to work. Great pre-arranged rental agreements if necessary. I have recommended them to colleagues. I always add that their prices seem expensive, but as long as you get honest work, you will come out ahead.

Great customer service! Honest ... they refunded a service ended up not needing, and even suggested a place for tires instead of pressuring me to buy theirs. They even comped me a free carwash since they didn't have time to wash my windshield (which I didn't even notice). I will definitely be back!

I am always amazed at the responsiveness of Dean's Automotive. I became worried about my brakes after driving down 280 from SF to Los Altos. I put in a phone call when I got to work. Warren and George made time to work on it that day and my car was fitted with new brakes and rotor and ready to go out the door by 5 pm! Back to carefree driving!
