My car was serviced as planned, even though Dean's had a staff problem that day.

As always, the service is efficient & staff is friendly. I trust the staff's assessment and recommendations. Even though I moved about 30 miles away, I still have my car serviced at Dean's.

As usual, Dean's prepared my car for a week in snow country so thoroughly that I didn't have any trouble with it at all. All the little details were taken care of. I always feel confident when I leave Dean's that my car is "good to go".

As always, the service was prompt, friendly, and customer-oriented.

As always, great service, George and Warren are fantastic! I am always happy with their work and communication and expertise, on small jobs and really big jobs alike.

The problems I reported were diagnosed and I was informed of my options for handling them.

I received a describing additional work after my car had been at the shop for 4 hours. I selected the items from the list that could be done that same day and will schedule another appointment for the rest. George is always very helpful when describing the recommended service items.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew this was going to be a good experience - George on the front desk made me feel very welcome and explained everything very clearly. The paperwork was easy to understand and well presented. The cost of the job was exactly what was quoted - not nasty surprises of additional work (unlike all my other auto shop experiences). Pick up was efficient - thanks Warren and I even got to talk to Donna and discuss her new book fearless autocare. This whole operation had quality and the highest standards of professionalism running through its veins.

I had my check engine light on for a long time. Three different mechanics did work on the car only for the light to come back on. I finally dropped off the car with Warren at Dean's Automotive where he correctly diagnosed the problem and stood behind his diagnosis even when I pressed him. And sure enough, he was correct all the way. The pesky light is off and the Mercedes is running better than ever.
