Awesome service and thanks for washing the car and fixing the seat as well!!! I never see the mechanics to be able to thank them, so I want to thank them also for taking good care of my car,

Got an oil change the other day. Was in and out within an hour. Prompt service once I walked in, followed by a detailed estimate. I saw my car pull up outside and within 3-5 minutes (lead mechanic had to update vehicle info on the computer) I was on my way. Very helpful staff. I sat in the waiting room but they have a free shuttle too.

I brought my flat tire in thinking it was only a minor puncture which resulted in a slow leak. George mentioned to me that it was a rip that was not replaceable. The great thing about Dean's is that I was then dropped off at work and picked up later by Warren when it was finished. They also checked the other 3 tires.

Recently I had my 1997 Honda Accord serviced at Dean's. The work was done quickly and properly. When picking up the car I stated that I was thinking of getting a new vehicle and asked if they had any information. I got a lot of good information on new and newer model cars that will be valuable as I start my search for the "right" new car.

Got my car serviced at Dean's this past week & everything went smoothly like always! They continue to impress!

I recently took my '04 Lexus SUV to Dean's Automotive for it's 65K maintenance. Although I was offered a drive to the local Starbucks to wait, I chose to stay in their comfortable waiting room, read the morning paper and enjoy an excellent cup of coffee from their coffee bar. The car was finished, as promised in one hour. I appreciated their courtesy and prompt service, the spotless surroundings and the professional care of my automobile. I will return to Dean's for all future auto service.

I had a head light out and when I took my vehicle in they found a real problem that would have left me on the side of the road soon. I travel a lot and there was a load noise and I have take my vehicle to other shops but no one ever said anything. One of my pully's was going out and when it did all my belts would have come apart. Dean's Automotive replace it with an upgrade part for the same price, did the work quickly while I has having lunch near by and I am back on the road.

As an 86 year old widow needing to purchase a new car, I felt complete confidence in Dean's to assess a used car I was considering for purchase. The certified car I was considering did check out, but it was the trust that I place in Dean's that was what counted.
