I took my 2002 car in for a presale inspection. George was very helpful on the phone and in person. I was not able to get back on the anticipated day, and they kept the car inside the garage without any issues until I returned to town several days later. George then went over every item, including giving me a hands-on demo. The workmanship and service were exceptional!

I took my car for a regular oil change and got a great 5 stars treatment. First I got a ride to my favorite coffee shop, then I received a call from George letting me know that one of my belt needed to be changed. This took a bit longer than I anticipated and I needed to be back in my home office. Warren came and gave me a ride, and picked me up on my schedule to get the car. All was fixed, my car is running great, I I was chauffeured around. This is what exceeding customer expectation is. Thank you and keep it up!

In laws borrowed our vehicle for a golfing trip. They returned on a Friday afternoon and reported the left front headlight had burned out. I called George at 3 PM and wanted to set up an appointment. He politely placed me on hold and checked with the remaining mechanics and announced, "bring it on down we can take care of the light".

I brought in 2 cars this week - my precious older car with an antenna problem, and our other car for regular maintenance. George laid out the possible underlying problems with the antenna even before they looked at it. I appreciate the depth of knowledge each person at Dean's brings. The antenna was dis-assembled, diagnosed and fixed. They were conscious of my budget; always appreciated!

Got an oil change the other day. Was in and out within an hour. Prompt service once I walked in, followed by a detailed estimate. I saw my car pull up outside and within 3-5 minutes (lead mechanic had to update vehicle info on the computer) I was on my way. Very helpful staff. I sat in the waiting room but they have a free shuttle too.

I brought my flat tire in thinking it was only a minor puncture which resulted in a slow leak. George mentioned to me that it was a rip that was not replaceable. The great thing about Dean's is that I was then dropped off at work and picked up later by Warren when it was finished. They also checked the other 3 tires.

Recently I had my 1997 Honda Accord serviced at Dean's. The work was done quickly and properly. When picking up the car I stated that I was thinking of getting a new vehicle and asked if they had any information. I got a lot of good information on new and newer model cars that will be valuable as I start my search for the "right" new car.
