As a first-time customer, I had questions. So, I called twice before going in. Both calls were courteously handled. On the phone, I agreed to the inspection charge. At the shop, all went as it should have. The problem was identified, I approved the needed repair, and actually got the car back sooner than expected. More questions were answered while I was in the shop, both before and after the repair, by both the Service Manager and the mechanic who did the work. Throughout, there was a feeling of professionalism that is hard to describe, except to say that the shop was clean and orderly, and those whom I met gave the impression that they were very experienced and had been at Dean's for a long time.
