I've been taking my older car to Dean's for over a year and have been thrilled, but my husband's newer Toyota was still going to the dealership to be serviced. When I had a bad experience taking his car to the dealership earlier this year for a problem, I brought it to Dean's and did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. We took the Toyota to Dean's this week for its 45,000 mi service and it's official: both cars are now "Dean's cars"!

I brought my car in for new brakes and asked about something else that sounded funny. When I received George's call, I was quoted for the brake job and nothing else! I have never brought my car in for something and received a quote for that one thing. I am always given at least two or three other things that really "should be" taken care of. Until I came to Dean's. What a trustworthy and dedicated group. Delightful man who drives me back after dropping off my car. I even had the luck to meet Mo on this visit!

Just had the 3500 mile checkup done on my new Subaru Forester. Appreciate the drop-off/ pick-up door-to-door service provided which allowed me to get work accomplished while the car was being serviced. Price was excellent and car is running fine.

I drive a 1992 model vehicle. After narroly failing a visual smog test, the outstanding staff @ Dean's suggested several possible remedies. At this point I'm not sure if the remedy selected is a viable solution, but I want to commend Deans for offering a wide range of avenues to pursue.
