I've been taking my older car to Dean's for over a year and have been thrilled, but my husband's newer Toyota was still going to the dealership to be serviced. When I had a bad experience taking his car to the dealership earlier this year for a problem, I brought it to Dean's and did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. We took the Toyota to Dean's this week for its 45,000 mi service and it's official: both cars are now "Dean's cars"!
