Came in a few minutes before my appointment. Talked to George behind the desk and he got my information down right away. Only took about 40 minutes from the time I handed over my keys until the time my car was done, fantastic!

I took one of my work trucks to Deans. I needed to have work done, but in a timely manner, since I needed the truck the following day to haul one of my work trailers.

The alternator on my truck went out while driving on the freeway. AAA towed me to the nearest approved repair shop (Dean's Auto). They did a diagnostic to confirm it was the alternator. They gave me a quote to repair it which I agreed to. I started to call my wife to come get me as I was miles from home. They said they could repair it in about hours if I wanted to wait. Shocked, I said that would be great. It took about 2.5 hours as the parts came in an hour instead of 30 min. They were sorry for the delay. I was prepared to leave the car for a day or two so this was still incredible. They gave an extended warranty on the part and the price was fair. Great service. Hard to come by these days!

Dean's does all the work on my Toyota Prius and Honda Odyssey. They always do good work, on time as promised. They sometimes recommend repairs based on their inspection, but they aren't pushy about it.

Replaced the rear struts and master cylinder same day AND at the exact cost quoted... even cleaned my dirty car! Staff is always friendly and courteous - and totally professional!
