I have taken my car in a few times for service, and always I am amazed at how George will actually call me for updates, and to let me know how long something will take/ask me if it is okay. I have never had that kind of consideration at a mechanic's before, and I very much appreciate it. I also recently took my car in for both rear lights going out at the same time, and unlike other mechanics, they actually ran a diagnostic test to make sure it was just the lights and not other issues that made them malfunction, so they didn't keep going out.
