My husband and I have been taking our cars to Dean's for about 10 years now and have been completely satisfied with their knowledge, advice, quality of repairs and maintenance,and the friendly staff. They really listen to what you tell them and make every effort to find the problems you report and to fix them in a timely and cost-effective way. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

They were very good at keeping us updated. We are a one car couple so they gave us a ride home and then arranged Hertz rent-a-car for us. They kept our car in a locked area since they had it for a week do to problems with the part which was not their fault.

Great job guys! I will keep bringing my car back for service again! George was so helpful, even when I called with stupid questions.

Dean's got me in and out within 35 minutes for an oil change on my new SUV. Toyota wanted me to rent a car and leave it for the day, overkill for an oil change!

Fan relay switch had failed. Was said to be repaired and tested...but repair wasn't done properly, or it failed on my way home (five miles). Had to bring back next day for rework, which was done satisfactorily. Otherwise, a good first experience with your shop.
