Dean's got me in and out within 35 minutes for an oil change on my new SUV. Toyota wanted me to rent a car and leave it for the day, overkill for an oil change!

Fan relay switch had failed. Was said to be repaired and tested...but repair wasn't done properly, or it failed on my way home (five miles). Had to bring back next day for rework, which was done satisfactorily. Otherwise, a good first experience with your shop.

I was looking for a trustworthy repair shop to address several maintenance items on our 2004 MDX. After reading some reviews and getting comp quotes I decided to give Dean's Automotive the business and I am glad that I did. Pricing was competitive, all services were explained before, during and after the service. Invoice is detailed, car was returned to me on time washed and vacuumed. Staff was helpful and courteous.
